Date Night Special: Bring a date or a friend and the second person is half price!

You’ll learn how easy it is to make Feta Cheese using Goat, Sheep or Cow’s milk (we’ll even tell you where to get all of these great milks locally)!  Together we’ll make a dry-salted version and then you’ll get to make your own custom marinated version (our favorite is Tomato-Basil-Garlic marinated in Olive Oil).  We’ll also go over a brined-feta recipe and enjoy some chocolate-feta brownies for dessert with a perfectly paired glass of wine.
