Colorado Cheese Festival – Intro to Hard Cheeses – 2:00 pm

November 6, 2016 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Join us for a demonstration on how to make hard cheeses at this year’s Colorado Cheese Festival!

Fresh, aged, creamy, crumbly — whatever form you take your fromage, the Colorado Cheese Festival is the place to find it. Pick up a ticket to the Sunday, November 6, 2016 event at the Plaza Convention Center, and come ready to sample all kinds of artisanal cheeses from local and country-wide merchants, and discover new cheeses you didn’t even know you loved. You’ll leave with a full belly and inspiration for enough cheesy new recipes to last you until next year.  There will be several cheesy demonstrations throughout the day including one by The Art of Cheese’s very own Kate Johnson on Hard Cheesemaking at 2:00 pm!
