Colby, Havarti & Gouda – DATE NIGHT CLASS – 7:00 pm – SOLD OUT!

March 24, 2016 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

$39.00

Bring a friend or a date to this class and the second person is half price!

These cheeses are washed-curd cheeses have a mild flavor and a moist texture which is created by diluting the whey with warm water during the cooking process. They are pressed and ripened like harder cheeses, but don’t require long-term aging to develop a full aroma and flavor. We will make a simple and delicious Colby together in class, and taste samples and review recipes for Havarti and Gouda.
