Coeur de la Creme, or Heart of Cream, is a beautiful and delicious creamy dessert cheese perfect for this special day. We’ll learn how to make the foundation cheeses, Fromage Blanc and Mascarpone, and then put them together in this decadent treat. We’ll sample versions with berries, sauces and chocolate which we’ll pair with a festive sparkling wine for a perfect combination. Eat some at class and take a little home with you to enjoy later!
