Get ready for Valentine’s Day with a special cheesemaking class. Certified Cheese Professional, Kelly Liebrock, will teach you how to make cheese with love from scratch. Coeur a la Creme, or “heart with cream”, is a traditional French dessert made with a blend of soft cheeses and cream. Not only will you learn how to make luscious cheese from scratch, but you’ll also be able to decorate your cheese with sweet or savory toppings. Bring your partner, BFF, or other loved one to share a Coeur a la Creme and then be ready to make it on your own this Valentine’s Day.
At the end of class you’ll get to go out to the barn yard and meet our friendly herd of Nubian Dairy Goats!

CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the high popularity of our classes, we often have a waitlist. Please give us as much notice as possible if you are not going to be able to attend so that we can try to fill your spot.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class time will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will only receive a refund if we can fill your spot.
