Join us at our small dairy goat farm for a fun and tasty afternoon! First, you’ll learn how to make Chevre – a delicious and easy goat cheese – and Fromage Blanc, Chevre’s milder companion. We’ll talk about how to source the best milk, two different techniques used to make this cheese, and then you’ll get to make your own custom-flavored chevre log to take home with you. Next, we’ll make some artisan ricotta cheese which you’ll get to sample warm with our own farm fresh honey. At the end of class you’ll get to enjoy a delicious chocolaty-cheesy dessert and then get a quick tour of our goat farm and meet the friendly goats!
