Join us at our Boulder County Farm for this fun and interactive cheesemaking class! Learn what “cheddaring” is and why this technique is unique to cheddar cheese. We’ll make some fresh, squeaky cheese curds which you’ll enjoy with a glass of wine at the end of class and you’ll get to take some home with you. You’ll also learn how we can press these fresh curds into a wheel for a delicious, sliceable aged cheddar cheese.
At the end of class we’ll take a quick tour of our dairy goat farm and you’ll get to meet the baby goats!
