Join us at the Mountain Thunder Coffee Plantation in Kona, Hawaii for this exciting culinary adventure in tropical paradise! We’ll cover beginner, intermediate and advanced level cheeses with some island twists and tropical ingredients to get you in the Aloha spirit. You’ll stay in the beautiful house on this 20-acre estate overlooking the ocean where the cheesemaking course will also take place.

Feb 17 – arrival and check-in at 4:00 pm. Wine & Cheese Reception at 6:00 pm
Feb. 18 – Day One of Cheesemaking Course* – 9:00 am – 3:00 pm with Dinner at 7:00 pm
Feb. 19 – Day off to relax and explore
Feb. 20 – Day Two of Cheesemaking Course* – 9:00 am – 3:00 pm with Dinner at 7:00 pm
Feb. 21 – Day off to relax and explore
Feb. 22 – Day Three of Cheesemaking Course* – 9:00 am – 3:00 on with Dinner at 7:00 pm
Feb. 23 – check out at 11:00 am
NOTE: This retreat is full but I am taking names on a waitlist. Please e-mail me at kate@theartofcheese.com if you would like to be on that list. There are a few spots left in a second retreat scheduled for Feb. 27 – March 4 in Hilo.
Cancellation Policy: Payment in full is required at the time of your registration. Cancellations that are made at least 60 days prior to the retreat date will be fully refunded. Cancellations received with less than a 60 day notice will only be refunded if we are able to fill your spot. Thanks for your understanding on this policy.
