CHEESEMAKING 101 with Cheese & Cider Pairing at St. Vrain Cidery!

Join us for this popular educational and tasty happy hour at Longmont’s St. Vrain Cidery! You’ll get to enjoy some delicious cheese and hard-cider pairings while watching homemade cheese being made by Certified Cheese Professional Kelly Liebrock of The Art of Cheese. During this interactive demonstration class, you’ll learn the basic art and science behind the cheesemaking process, the equipment and key ingredients needed, and how to source the best milk for making cheese at home.
You’ll leave with some great recipes and the know-how to make a few easy cheeses yourself.
Must be 21 or older to register for and attend this class.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the high popularity of our classes, we often have a waitlist. Please give us as much notice as possible if you are not going to be able to attend so that we can try to fill your spot.
