Cheesemaking 101 with Cheese & Beer Pairing + BABY GOATS! – 6:30 pm

May 31, 2019 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

$35.00

Join us for an educational and tasty happy hour at Brewmented! You’ll get to enjoy some delicious cheese and beer pairings while watching homemade cheese being made by the folks of The Art of Cheese. During this interactive demonstration class, you’ll learn the basic art and science behind the cheesemaking process, the equipment and key ingredients needed, and how to source the best milk for making cheese at home.

And to celebrate spring kidding season, we’ll be bringing some special guests from Briar Gate Farm who will make an appearance at the end of class for some snuggling and photo ops.

You’ll leave with some great recipes and the know-how to make a few easy cheeses yourself.
