Join Kate Johnson from The Art of Cheese as she teaches you how to make some quick & easy homemade cheeses that you will be able to make yourself at home to impress your holiday guests.  She’ll cover all the basics of home cheesemaking, from what equipment and ingredients you’ll need to how the science of cheesemaking works and even how to source the best milks locally.  You’ll get to sample some freshly made cheeses in class and take home recipes to make them yourself.  At the end of the class, Kelly Liebrock, professional cheesemonger and Art of Cheese instructor, will teach you how to put together beautiful and festive cheese boards for your holiday entertaining.  You’ll get to sample several different varieties of Haystack Mountain cheeses and will have the opportunity to purchase these cheeses at a discounted price.  You’ll even be able to buy your cheesemaking and other cooking supplies from Kitchen Co. with a special 20% off coupon!
