Join us at a beautiful Boulder County Farm to learn how to make several delicious and easy cheeses, enjoy some cheese & wine sampling, and then visit with these adorable baby Nigerian Dwarf goats at the end!

We’ll start by going over the basics of cheesemaking and you’ll learn how to make delicious Chevre & Feta cheeses.  Then you’ll get to make some custom-flavored varieties of each to take home with you and enjoy later.  We’ll be sampling cheeses and sipping on some wine along the way.  At the end of class we’ll go out to the barn and visit with the friendly little baby goats!

This farm is located in Boulder County near Longmont.  Exact address and directions to the farm will be given once you register.
