Join us at the beautiful Ellis Ranch Event Center in Loveland, CO as we partner with them to bring you Cheesemaking 101 at one of their “Cocktails on the Ranch” events. Every Wednesday from June thru September Ellis Ranch hosts programs on their beautiful deck and this month we’re the featured entertainment! You’ll get to learn all about the art and science of cheesemaking while sampling some fabulous Haystack Mountain cheeses and sipping a perfectly paired glass of wine while you enjoy the beautiful views. The class is from 7:00 – 8:00 pm but you can come as early as 5:00 and stay as late as 9:00 to make it a relaxing and educational summer evening!
