Join us for an educational and tasty happy hour at one of Longmont’s hippest new places – St. Vrain Cidery!  You’ll get to enjoy some delicious cheese and hard-cider pairings while watching homemade cheese being made by Kate Johnson of The Art of Cheese.  During this interactive demonstration class, you’ll learn the basic art and science behind the cheesemaking process, equipment and key ingredients needed and how to source the best milk for making cheese at home.   You’ll leave with some great recipes and the know-how to make a few easy cheeses yourself.
