Join us at the Kitchen Company in Downtown Longmont and learn how to make some quick & easy homemade cheeses that you will be able to make at home yourself. We’ll cover all the basics of home cheesemaking, from what equipment and ingredients you’ll need to how the science of cheesemaking works and even how to source the best milks locally. You’ll get to sample some freshly and commercially made cheese in classes and take home recipes to make them yourself.
Restaurant week is also a celebration of the year Longmont was founded, 1871! In honor of this, we are offering all of our classes at the celebratory price of $18.71!
