Join The Art of Cheese at Yellow Barn Farm in Longmont for this entertaining, educational, epicurean experience supporting DAR (Drylands Agroecology Research) as part of our Cheese for Change Fundraising Tour!

Kate Johnson, founder of The Art of Cheese and author of Say Cheese! will teach you how to make Chevre & Fromage Blanc cheeses in an engaging and interactive presentation.  While you’re learning the art and science behind cheesemaking, you’ll be sampling 4 different cheeses.   Your ticket price also includes a glass of wine of your choice to enjoy along with the cheeses.   A portion of your registration fee will go directly to DAR as will a portion of any additional wine purchases you make that evening.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the high popularity of our classes, we often have a waitlist.  Please give us as much notice as possible if you are not going to be able to attend so that we can try to fill your spot.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class time will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will only receive a refund if we can fill your spot.
