Brie, Camembert & Beer! at Powder Keg Brewing Co. – 6:30 pm

March 16, 2015 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

$45.00

Come enjoy a fun evening at Powder Keg Brewing Company in Niwot and enjoy a glass of beer, wine or cider while you learn how to make mold-ripened cheeses.  These cheeses are best known for their white, bloomy rind, and although complex-flavored, they are relatively easy to make. We will start with Brie and Camembert, highlighting the similarities and differences, and will also sample several other versions of mold-ripened cheeses including Saint Maure which is coated in Ash for a rich and pungent flavor.

The registration price includes the instruction, cheese tastings/samples, recipe booklet and your choice of one locally crafted beer, cider or house wine (and of course, you can always purchase a second glass)!
