Join Kelly Liebrock, The Art of Cheese Instructor and Certified Cheese Professional at the downtown Longmont Kitchen Company, to learn lots of tips and techniques for making and aging these cheeses at home. You’ll get to sample several varieties with some fruit and crackers as Kelly shows you how to make this wonderful, artisan cheese.
