Spend an afternoon learning how to make a great variety of homemade cheeses that are perfect for the beginner cheesemaker.  We’ll cover all the tools, techniques and recipes from our four Bronze-level cheesemaking classes in one tasty and informative day!  Cheeses will include:

  • Mozzarella, Ricotta & Burrata
  • Ethnic Cheeses including Feta & Queso Fresco
