Learn all the gold-level cheeses (Alpines, Blues & Cheddars) in one fun-filled cheesemaking day! We’ll even briefly cover Trappist-Style cheeses as a bonus. We’ll cover the basic techniques and ingredients needed to make each of these more advanced cheeses and sample a variety of delicious examples of the end results. This class is recommended for people who have made a few cheeses already, but anyone is welcome.
