Here’s what people have to say about the 7 Day Cheese Challenge:

I came into these classes as a complete cheese novice and now can proudly call myself a “cheese maker”! Kate’s recipes, videos, and wealth of knowledge have given me the confidence to make cheese for the first time on my own. It’s also reassuring to know that I can refer back to the recorded videos or send her questions via email if I find myself in trouble along the “whey”! ~ Tiffany in Alabama

What a wonderful class! The recipe and video were easy to follow, Kate was very relatable, and it took cheesemaking from intimidating to doable! I look forward to participating in more classes in the future.  ~ Laura in Estes Park, CO

I really enjoyed this series of classes. It was easy to follow and I felt confident I could make the cheeses and have success – and I did have success. My family loved each of the cheeses. The presentations were well planned and were focused on the home cheese maker. I highly recommend. ~ Nancy in Houston TX

Kate’s online cheesemaking classes are lively, fun, and informative. She will inspire you in the art of crafting your own artisan cheese, as well as teach you the science behind successful cheesemaking. I highly recommend this class! Kathy in Denver, CO

These classes were priceless for me to endeavor out on my cheese journey. Kate – you’re an incredible teacher. Going into this class, I was very nervous to try making cheese. I have to this day only made paneer once a few months ago to just try it out. I now feel completely confident to get started! As soon as my cultures arrive. 😉 ~ Macy in Orlando, FL

We looked forward to this class every day. They were fun and informative. We made the cheese of the day every afternoon and I felt as if I had a good knowledge of what to do (& the comfort of knowing I had a video to go back to if I didn’t). I loved seeing the pics sent by the other students every day. Kate is a joy and delight to watch! ~ Susan in Boulder, CO

Great class! Very informative and fun! The provided recipes and methods are easy to follow. ~ Jacque in Mt. Juliet, TN

If you want to learn how to make cheese, this is the way to go! I took my first in person class here to learn how to make mozzarella and ricotta, and now, I have learned how to make so many others thanks to this remote learning option. A great way to enjoy making new foods at home during this time of isolation! ~ Sarah Beth in Thornton, CO

Your videos are the best I have found and I only found them AFTER taking the classes! I have now subscribed to your youtube channel 🙂 ~ Kim in Milmay, NJ

The classes were clearly explained and very helpful! I thoroughly enjoyed them and look forward to using all my new knowledge. I highly recommend taking these classes! ~ Justin in Arvada, CO

Kate is such a friendly, knowledgeable and talented teacher. Her classes and recipes are thoughtfully prepared making the process very accessible. She sets you up for success! ~ Isabelle in Westminster, CO

These online classes were a tremendous help to me. I received written instruction as well as a guided presentation through the entire process. What was invaluable was the ability to ask questions throughout. I not only received instruction on the cheese itself but also gained a great deal of knowledge on cheesemaking in general from Kate’s experience and expertise. ~ June in Temple, TX

I greatly enjoyed the well planned and well prepared classes that you provided and I will view again. ~ Karen in Minneapolis, MN

This was a wonderful experience for me. Each day we talked about the specific cheese that we would be making that day, watched videos on technique, then went to work in our kitchens. The next day we had the opportunity to discuss the questions we had about the process. It was great to be able to focus on one cheese at a time! ~ Kimberly in Prescott Valley, AZ

Loved the challenge of creating a different cheese everyday! Tasty, fun, and creative. ~ Andrea in Charleston, SC

This class was not only educational and fun, it gave me a whole new confidence to try exploring other cheese, my only regret is I do not live in Colorado. Kate is a great teacher, very easy to follow and understand and she knows her cheese, I highly recommend her classes. ~ Lorine in Old Hickory, TN
