7 DAY CHEESE CHALLENGE! 7 Cheeses in 7 Days!

Join us for 7 Days of Cheesemaking Instruction!  I’m challenging you to learn how to make one cheese per day over the course of 7 days and I’ll walk you through it one step at a time.

Each morning at 8:00 am MT during the challenge, you will receive a new pre-recorded cheesemaking lesson.  You can watch the lesson any time that day or later when it’s convenient, and you can re-watch it again and again for at least a year!  You’ll get all the recipes and step-by-step instructions needed to learn how to make each cheese PLUS you can email our instructors during or after watching each session if you have any questions.  It’s like having your very own cheese coach while you’re learning!

These are the cheeses we’ll cover each day:

  • Day One: Mascarpone
  • Day Two: Paneer
  • Day Three: Chevre/Fromage Blanc
  • Day Four: Quark
  • Day Five: Cottage Cheese
  • Day Six: Feta
  • Day Seven:  Guido’s Italian Hard Cheese

Here’s how it works:

Step 1:  Register at the link below

Step 2:  Once you register, you’ll receive an e-mail with the recipes and a list of equipment and ingredients needed (and where to source them).

Step 3:  Each morning of the 7 Day Challenge you’ll receive the pre-recorded lesson for that day.  You’ll continue to have access to that class for at least a year! PLEASE SAFELIST AND so these e-mails don’t end up in your SPAM FOLDER! Or at least, check your spam folders if you don’t think you received the links.

Step 4: During or after watching the class, feel free to email us if you have any questions!
