The Art of Cheese has officially been teaching cheesemaking classes in Colorado for 5 years and we’re ready to party. In addition, Kate’s new book – Tiny Goat, Big Cheese: A Farm-to-Table, Hobby-to-Career Odyssey will be back from the printer and ready for you to pick up a signed copy!
