Getting a healthy start to your new year doesn’t mean you have to forsake cheese!  While all cheese is actually good for you, these three cheeses are in the top 10 healthiest cheeses list AND are quick and easy to make.  We’ll begin with a fresh ricotta and learn how to enjoy this as a healthy breakfast cheese or even a low calorie dessert.  We’ll also make a fresh goat cheese as well as a delicious and nutritious cottage cheese that even the most cottage cheese-adverse eaters will like!  Perfect with fruit or low-sugar jam.

At the end of class, we’ll head down to the barnyard to visit with our friendly herd of Nubian Dairy Goats where you will get to interact with them as much as you’d like and take lots of pictures.
