3-DAY AGED FARMER CHEESE + FLAVOR INFUSIONS – Live Cheesemaking via Zoom!

This is a fairly easy-to-make hard cheese that lends itself well to a wide variety of flavoring options or can be made plain for a simple table cheese. It’s a nice cheese to experiment with flavors on because it’s fairly mild and is ready to eat quickly, so you can assess your results without a lot of waiting time. It is also forgiving of the aging temperature. While it does best in an aging refrigerator set at 50-55 degrees, because the aging time is so short, a regular refrigerator will do.
This live, interactive session will happen at 2:00 pm MT on February 13, 2021 and will be taught by Art of Cheese Owner & Lead Cheese Coach, Kate Johnson. But don’t worry if you can’t attend the session at that time! A recording will be available for you to watch at your convenience shortly after the class.

Step 4: On the date and time of your class, simply click on the link to attend the session and start learning! Or if you can’t make it at that time, watch the recorded session which will be e-mailed to you at the conclusion of the class and you can watch it at your leisure.
