Some of our classes are held offsite at breweries, restaurants, wineries and farms. These are highlighted in Green.

Weekend “Cheese” Warriors Series: Manchego & Other Spanish Cheeses – 2:00 pm

Join us for class three of this three-part series (come to one or all three!) where we’ll be moving into several specialized cheeses with a Spanish flair. Special guest Denise Milligan from Spanish Sunday will be co-teaching this class and she’ll share the tips and techniques she’s learned on her travels throughout Spain.
We’ll start with a recipe for Manchego – one of the most beloved Spanish cheeses that uses Sheep’s milk in the make. You can also make this recipe with goat milk, cow milk or a blend and we’ll give you lots of insider tips for sourcing some great local milks.
Denise will also introduce you to some other delicious Spanish Cheese recipes and we’ll sample some homemade cheeses as well as Haystack own award-winning Spanish cheese, Queso de Mano, with a nice glass of wine. You’ll go home with some tasty samples as well.
