Some of our classes are held offsite at breweries, restaurants, wineries and farms. These are highlighted in Green.

In celebration of Longmont Restaurant week, join Kate Johnson from The Art of Cheese as she shows you how to make fresh mozzarella! She’ll walk you through all the steps from how to select the best milk for making this cheese, to what ingredients and equipment you’ll need (most of which you can get right here at the Kitchen Company) to heating and stretching the curd. And best of all, you’ll get to sample fresh, warm mozzarella at the end! You’ll leave with recipes and the knowledge to make your own mozzarella at home.
