Some of our classes are held offsite at breweries, restaurants, wineries and farms. These are highlighted in Green.

Join us for this fun and interactive introduction to Cheesemaking! You’ll get a chance to visit with the small dairy goat herd that was the original inspiration for The Art of Cheese and try your hand at milking a goat and possibly bottle feeding some babies. Then we’ll go into our farmhouse kitchen and make a couple of simple cheeses together including Ricotta and Chevre. You’ll learn the basic science behind cheesemaking and get to snack on our delicious fresh-made cheeses as we go.
