Some of our classes are held offsite at breweries, restaurants, wineries and farms. These are highlighted in Green.

Join us at Kitchen Company, Longmont’s newest, coolest kitchen supply store in downtown Longmont for a fun, tasty and informative evening of cheesemaking and cheese sampling. Watch as Kate Johnson from The Art of Cheese teaches you how to make your very own homemade cheese while you sample several delicious varieties of Haystack Mountain‘s award winning cheeses. You’ll leave with the knowledge and recipes you need to make your own cheese at home and we’ll have Haystack Mountain cheese’s available for purchase at discounted prices. You’ll also be able to pick up any cheesemaking ingredients and supplies you might need from the Kitchen Company. Seating is limited so register today!
