Some of our classes are held offsite at breweries, restaurants, wineries and farms. These are highlighted in Green.

Join Kate Johnson from The Art of Cheese at one of downtown Longmont’s coolest new stores, The Kitchen Company, as she teaches you how to make a quick & easy homemade cheese (we’ll feature a different recipe each month!). While you’re learning the art and science behind cheesemaking, you’ll get to taste a variety of locally made artisan cheeses as Kate walks you through the different techniques used to make each one. At the end of class you will leave with some simple recipes to try at home and will have the opportunity to purchase cheesemaking supplies from Kitchen Co. as well as several Haystack Mountain cheeses at a discounted price.
